Boba Network Integrates The Graph
Palo Alto, CA – November 2, 2021
Boba Network is excited to announce that we’re integrating with The Graph to provide indexing and querying services to developers. The Graph is a key developer tool that progresses Boba’s vision of creating an open developer ecosystem with powerful capabilities. The subgraph of Boba Network will allow easy access to view and query transaction data within Boba’s optimistic rollup.
“We’re excited to be working with the team at The Graph to bring their tools onto Boba,” said Alan Chiu, Founder of Boba Network. “This integration lays a strong foundation for our developer experience. Having access to network data is critical to building next generation decentralized applications.”
Developers can create and deploy subgraphs through the Boba Network by following the instructions in the documentation here: https://docs.boba.network/developer-docs/009_the_graph.
The Graph is the latest in a series of announcements that will help Boba’s mission to bring Ethereum to the next Billion users. Boba Network and The Graph coming together is an exciting step forward towards the Web3 vision that they both share.
About Boba
Boba is an Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) equivalent Layer 2 Optimistic Rollup that helps Ethereum smart contracts scale while delivering a delightful user experience. Boba enables Ethereum developers to build dApps that trigger code running on web-scale infrastructure such as AWS Lambda, making it possible to leverage sophisticated algorithms that are either far too expensive, far too slow, or practically impossible to execute on-chain.
About Enya
Founded by Stanford faculty and alumni, Enya pioneered decentralized privacy and became the largest provider of secure multiparty computation services, serving more than 10 million users across 91 countries. Enya creates decentralized infrastructure solutions that serve the next billion users, leading with Boba Network. Boba is an Ethereum Layer 2 solution that scales and augments Ethereum, helping developers deliver a more delightful and inclusive user experience. Enya is a core contributor to OMG Foundation.
About The Graph
The Graph is the indexing and query layer of the decentralized web. Developers build and publish open APIs, called subgraphs, that applications can query using GraphQL. The Graph currently supports indexing data from Ethereum, IPFS, and PoA with more networks coming soon. To date, over 23,000 subgraphs have been deployed on the hosted service and now subgraphs can be deployed directly on the network. Over 23,000 developers have built subgraphs for applications such as Uniswap, Synthetix, Foundation, Zora, KnownOrigin, Gnosis, Balancer, Livepeer, DAOstack, Audius, Decentraland, and many others.
